Ordering and Administration
- You can order assessments or instruments at TalentLens.com that are within your User Qualification Level.
- When an assessment is ordered, it is placed into your inventory and made available to assign to candidates.
You can create a candidate, assign an assessment (or assessments) and email an invitation to the candidate. If you email the candidate, they will click on a link that launches them directly into the welcome screen of the assessment. You can also launch the assessment from within the platform if the candidate is there with the administrator.
Review Assessment Results
- As soon as an assessment is completed, TalentLens.com will score the results. Administrators who have selected the option to be notified will receive an email that the assessment has been completed.
- Administrators can access reports instantly on TalentLens.com. These reports may be viewed on screen, printed and emailed to others. If emailed to others, they will need to know the customer created password to access.
