Clark Amistad is a Talent Assessment Developer at Pearson TalentLens, building Pearson assessments for use in the North American market. He graduated with a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Calgary. His research focused on personality and, in particular, the effect of personality on work outcomes such as employee attitudes and negotiation effectiveness. He has presented on personality at international psychology conferences and published his work in the European Journal of Personality. As an assessment professional, he has experience building a number of personality assessments for use in both selection and development.
